Implementation Fees

  • The cost of implementing the new premises includes:

    • – Purchase and installation of a key safe
      – Professional photographic session
      – Purchase of hotel linen (bed linen and towels) of three sets for the maximum number of people in the flat
      – Creation of profiles and descriptions on booking portals and work on the positioning of listings.

      The cost of implementation is 3,000 PLN. In the case of cooperation lasting longer than 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, the above fees will be covered by Rent like home. The early termination fee may be collected by RLH from the sublease rent payable to the Owner.
