Applies to:
– Damage intentionally caused by guests – as a result of inappropriate behaviour during their stay or gross negligence on their part
– Theft of household appliances and electronics by guests or third parties to whom Rent like home has granted access to the premises.
– The cost of making a new set of keys after they have been lost by guests-
– Replacement of a door lock after the loss of keys - New mop tips when worn out
– Replacement of light bulbs and batteries in remote controls – up to 50 PLN

Liability Owner's side

Applies to:
– Defects caused by poor quality furniture and equipment (including chairs that collapse and break, beds that are not suitable for persons of average weight, easily abraded furniture surfaces)
– Theft of goods and electronics as a result of burglary of the premises
– Natural wear and tear in the course of proper use, in particular: fading of paint and minor scratches and stains on the walls and on the Owner’s movable property constituting the furnishings of the premises
– Wear and tear on the surfaces of working furniture and floors, including varnish abrasion
– Splitting and falling off of glued parts;
– Fraying and fading of carpets
– Loosening and warping of hinges and other moving mechanisms
– Malfunctions and defects of household and domestic appliances outside the guarantee period
– Damage caused by incorrect installation or connection of domestic appliances and electronics - Deficiencies in tableware and crockery
– Washing of furniture upholstery
– Cracked glass and windows
– Cracked or damaged toilet seats
– Corners of skirting boards falling off
– Deformation of the floor resulting from the temporary presence of more water on the floor surface
– Swollen door frames due to flooding
– Torn roller blinds and shutters
– Burnt ironing boards
– Damage caused by hard water and limescale build-up on toilet cisterns, washing machines, water valves, etc.
-Replacement or repair of bathroom, shower and kitchen faucets, with particular attention to their natural scale build-up, leaks and burst hoses
– Replacement of silicone
– Clearing snow from the property
– Mowing and watering of lawns or gardens
– Damaged parquet flooring by shoes
– Replacing light bulbs and batteries in remote controls – cost over £50
– Salt and rinse aid for the dishwasher
– The cost of reporting the premises to the municipal register of tourist facilities and SANEPID, in the localities concerned.
